The 60-year-old Fox News host, Greg Gutfeld, is somebody who likes to keep his private life behind the scenes for the most part. Now, the TV host and actor has spent some time away in order to adjust to his new life with a newborn baby.
Not only was Greg Gutfeld taking some time to get used to having a baby around the home, but he was also enjoying the home. It is a $10.5 million apartment in New York City.

Gutfield welcomed a child with his 42-year-old wife, Elena Moussa. The little girl, named Mira, was born in December. After the birth announcement, many people were relieved because there had been a lot of speculation as to why he had been missing.
One thing that Gutfeld admitted to is that he is not very good at taking care of a baby. He said most of it is is being handled by his wife because he is ‘terrible at everything’.
He gives us some insight into his little girl, saying that Mira is ‘healthy with a real set of lungs’. He also said that she has his wife’s beautiful eyes.
One thing that he did in order to get ready for his family to grow by one is to purchase a new home so that his wife and daughter can be comfortable.

The property was purchased for $10.5 million in Manhattan’s upscale SoHo neighborhood. He made the transaction through an LLC, which was the same one he used to buy his former residence.
The new condo is fully restored and is in a six-story building that dates back over a century.

With 3560 ft.² and a number of modern touches, it has aged well. In 2001, it sold for $8.55 million.
One of the additions was for a child’s bedroom, which is going to be perfect for their new daughter.

Even though they moved into a new loft, it seems as if he has also held onto his three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit in New York. They are developing a real estate portfolio, it seems.

We wish the best to the new family and may have many happy years together.
